Entrees

Recipe for Chicken and Rice (from Kim Nordstrom's mom)

Mix in a large bowl:

3 cups of minute rice (or regular rice 1/2 cooked)
1 can each of cream of chicken and cream of celery soup
1 1/2 can (soup can) of milk
2-3 dollops of sour cream
about 1 cup of grated cheddar cheese
1 can diced green chilis (not jalapenos)
About 1/2 bag of frozen chicken tenders (boneless, skinless), slightly defrosted and
     cut in 1/3s)

Mix all in bowl and put in 9 x 13 pan sprayed with pan.  Cover with grated cheese.
Cook in 350 degree oven for about 30-40 minutes.  Watch so that is becomes only slightly browned
on top.  Enjoy!
